The Cycle of Rocks
As metamorphic rock melts to magma then cools it becomes a igneous rock melts with the heat and pressure after the heat and pressure. weather starts to cool the igneous rock which becomes a sediment after a while compacting and cementing, starts to happen which becomes sedimentary rock then heat and pressure turns into metamorphic rock. The texture of an igneous rock depends on its size and shape of its mineral crystals. Igneous rocks may be similar in mineral composition and yet have different textures. The texture of an igneous rock may be fine-grained, coarse-grained, glassy,or porphyric. while compaction is taking place, the minerals in the rock slowly resolve in the water.the dissolved minerals seep into the spaces between particles of sediment
